Relaxing Rain Sounds For A Good Night's Sleep



    Relaxing sounds help you sleep well and all night long. What is it about rain that relaxes the soul and empties the mind of the days problems? Perhaps it is due to our brain being unable to think of more than one thing at a time. Sure, a person playing the tuba poorly for hours on end would also distract us, but one is relaxing and enjoyable while the other is...not so much!

    This video is designed specifically to help us sleep all night. Many sleepers are easily distracted and wake up through the night for various reasons, ranging from the cat scurrying about, the neighbours dog barking etc... That's why instead of the usual twenty to thirty minutes of relaxing sounds, this video lasts for eight straight hours. Ideally, it should end at about the time your alarm goes off, leaving you fully relaxed and refreshed. I hope you enjoy it. Rest well and rest long.
