Relaxing Video, Appreciate the View From Where You Are / Thankful





Laying in a hammock in my front yard, I was planning out my next nature video. Hard as I tried, I couldn't make up my mind on where to go. Then a bird chirped off into the distance and it got my attention. I looked up from the ground and off into the horizon, and noticed the beautiful skies and rolling green hills and distant mountains. 

This taught me a valuable lesson. Sometimes we are so intent on focusing on what we don't have that we miss those things we do have. I was concentrated on finding a beautiful place to record that I nearly missed this stunning view from my front yard.
